Our garden flowers may be crispy at this point in the season, but not so these just-dropped vibrant floral mats from .co.

When we featured artist Hollis Gallagher in our Charleston issue, she was focused on the stationery and paper company she founded out of her home on Johns Island in South Carolina. But her mahjong collection just keeps growing, from customizable scorecards and tile-filled wrapping paper to these beautiful brushstroke-filled mats.

Marci Swider Szurley, Crisloid's uber-talented in-house tile designer, drew the Walk With Me set during the COVID-19 lockdown. Look closely, and you'll see women, including her mother, wearing masks or swimming, fishing, and beekeeping. All of the characters are tributes to friends and family. Marci hand-painted all 100 of the 9-color sets during the pandemic. (She actually painted 101 sets. One was auctioned off to raise money for the PeaceLove Foundation, which promotes mental wellness through the power of creativity.)

We’re excited to share that Mähj is growing, and we’re looking to add a part-time brand marketing & e-commerce coordinator to the team!

This role is a great opportunity for someone who is a problem solver, creative, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining hands-on experience across e-commerce, marketing, customer experience, and publishing.

The position is approximately 30 hours per week with three days in the downtown Dallas office. Interested candidates can email [email protected]. 🀄
