This space is for those with ideas, goals, and a desire for more, yet feels stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start.

I am Julz.
I am building a personal brand with purpose. I will share real life lessons, beginner friendly content help, and what I am learning as I grow online.

I am learning how to build with more structure, more confidence, and more intention.

Having thousands of Facebook followers does not mean every follower will see your post.

Your follower count shows how many people chose to follow you.

Your reach shows how many people Facebook placed your content in front of.

Your views show how many times your video started playing.

These numbers measure different things.

Facebook looks at how people respond when your content appears:

➡️ Do they stop scrolling?

➡️ Do they continue watching?

➡️ Do they comment or share?

➡️ Does the post start a real conversation?

➡️ Do viewers return for more of your content?

If people scroll away quickly, Facebook has less reason to keep distributing the post.

If people watch, respond, and share, your post has a stronger chance of reaching more people, including people who do not follow you yet.

Before blaming the algorithm, review your content:

✅ Is your opening strong enough to stop someone?

✅ Is your message clear from the beginning?

✅ Does the post give your audience something useful?

✅ Did you give people a reason to respond?

Your follower count gives you an audience.

Your content earns their attention.

1 million Facebook views do not always mean 1 million monetized views.

Many beginner creators see a large number under their post and expect a large payment. Then their earnings appear much lower than expected.

Here is why.

Facebook does not treat every view equally.

Your earnings depend on several factors:

1. Originality

Facebook wants content created by you. Your own voice, face, story, experience, teaching, or perspective gives your content original value.

2. Watch time

A person scrolling away after two seconds holds less value than someone watching most of your video.

3. Meaningful engagement

Comments, shares, reactions, and conversations show Facebook people found your content useful or interesting.

4. Audience location

Advertising rates differ between countries. Two creators with the same number of views might earn different amounts based on where their viewers live.

5. Monetization eligibility

Some content or views do not qualify for earnings. Check your Professional Dashboard for restrictions, warnings, and eligible content.

6. Relevant captions

Your caption should match your video. Avoid unrelated captions or excessive hashtags aimed only at attracting more views.

Instead of asking only, “How many views did I get?” ask:

• Did people watch most of my video?
• Did I create this content myself?
• Did viewers comment, share, or respond?
• Where is my audience located?
• Does my caption match my message?
• Does my dashboard show eligible earnings?

Views alone do not build reliable income.

Focus on original content, stronger watch time, relevant messaging, and genuine audience connection.

But six months from now, you can still be waiting or be proud you started today.

Confidence comes after action. Press record, share one honest thought, and post it scared.

I used to think I needed to feel confident before I could really show up online.

But confidence didn’t come from thinking about it, planning more, or waiting until I felt ready.

It came from pressing record while I was still nervous.

You don’t have to feel ready to start. Sometimes starting is what finally makes you ready.
