Chicken Pasta Salad packed with protein & flavor 😋


Ingredients:
1-2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp honey
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup cucumber
1 tbsp onion
1/2 cup cooked pasta
1/2 cup chicken breast ( seasoned with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder)
One boiled egg

Breakfast ingredients (per bowl):
Half-ripe banana
1 egg
1/2 cup blended cottage cheese
1 tsp honey
1/2 rolled oats
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 cup diced strawberries
Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes

Lunch Ingredients (per jar):
1 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp honey mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1/3 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup diced ham
1/2 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
2 tbsp turkey bacon
1 cup romaine lettuce
1-2 tbsp feta cheese

Dinner ingredients:
1 lb. Ground turkey
Half-diced onions
3-4 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 tsp orange
Salt to taste
1 tsp paprika
1 cup diced carrots
3/4 cup diced celery
1 cup diced tomatoes
4-6 cups vegetable broth
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
1 cup white canned beans
Cooked on medium-low heat for 30-45 minutes

1 LB. chicken breast (seasoned with 1 tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1/2 tsp chili powder, and salt to taste)
1 heart romaine lettuce
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup black beans
3 tbsp avocado or olive oil
0.5 oz parsley
3-4 tbsp green onion
1/4 cup avocado lime sauce ( store-bought)

1/2 cup diced white onion
1 lb ground turkey
Seasonings: 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp taco seasoning, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and salt to taste
2 tbsp tomato paste
1-2 tbsp water
4 tbsp red onion
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
2 medium avocados

Bake potatoes at 400 degrees F for 50 minutes to an hour
