In every industry, there are shortcuts.

But the outliers don’t follow the system of shortcuts. One of the secrets of the publishing industry is that publishers generally will host a bookstore launch or bookstore signing for the Author just as a show.

But that’s like having a book launch in your living room. It makes no sense because no one goes to the bookstore anymore just like no one is going to your living room.

But the authors fall for it every time because it appeals to their ego. Is it wrong to do a bookstore book signing with 20 people? No. Is it a waste of time? Yes.

Do this instead.

Authors; launch your book online just like we did with an online book launch. As you can see this one got 12,000 attendees.

We like to tell the truth.

And this is an industry that needs to change.

You can waste your time and we will certainly support every author that does with love. But if you want to sell books Listen to the experts not the people that are cheating you by making you feel as if your bookstore appearance will sell books.

The good news is, you can do an online book launch today. Just plan it.

Even a celebrity can have limiting beliefs!

And, if you’re a leader, you have no trouble pointing people towards the truth! Watch this video! We’d love to have your views! This well-known celebrity says that she never tells negative people that she’s firing them because they’re negative.
She just fires them.

At first, it may seem reasonable because you don’t have to deal with drama, you don’t have to listen to them explain or ask you why they were negative or they were negative.

However; is her position ethical as it relates to legacy?

We believe there’s a better way!

✅ Leaders are care frontational. The very definition of a leader is someone who mentors people, offers feedback, and watches their growth!

✅ A person who avoids conflict and can’t tell an employee, partner, spouse or even their child, they they are displaying a “glass half full” negative mindset is not a leader!

Be a leader!

Each one of us has a choice.

Has someone ever told you that you are negative or have a toxic trait or something about yourself that you could change? If you’ve ever been in a job anywhere they probably have.

Toxic leaders - just fire people who disagree with them.

Great leaders - are committed to the success of the team and individual!
