🏡🇺🇸 HISPANIC HOMEOWNERSHIP IS MAKING HISTORY

As Hispanic Heritage Month has just come to a close, here are some pretty incredible facts about the housing market and Hispanic homeownership.

According to the 2025 State of Hispanic Homeownership Report, Hispanic households added a net 441,000 owner-households in 2025, bringing the total to a record 10.2 MILLION Hispanic homeowner households nationwide.

But here’s the number that really caught my attention:

🔥 Hispanic households represented 139.6% of the net growth in U.S. homeownership in 2025.

Wait… how can it be MORE than 100%?

Because while Hispanic owner-households increased by 441,000, all other demographic groups combined decreased by approximately 125,000.

In other words, the growth in Hispanic homeownership was large enough to more than offset the losses among every other group combined.

Hispanic households also added more than 1 million new households in 2025, accounting for 92.6% of total U.S. household formation growth.

As a Realtor, I think these numbers are incredible because they show just how important the Hispanic community is becoming to the future of the American housing market.

Homeownership is so much more than buying a house. 🏡

It’s stability.
It’s equity.
It’s an investment in your family’s future.
And for many families, it’s the beginning of generational wealth.

And with Hispanic Heritage Month just coming to a close…

I’ve got several new properties getting ready to hit the market, and thanks to this lovely weather☔️, the signs and marketing materials will officially start going out Monday! 🙌🏼

One thing about me — I’m always working. Whether I’m on the phone, behind the computer, meeting with clients, putting deals together, or creating the marketing that gets a property noticed… there’s usually something happening behind the scenes.
And truthfully, marketing is one of my favorite parts of real estate.
A great property deserves more than a sign in the ground. It deserves great photos, great presentation, the right exposure, and someone who knows how to get people looking at it.
