✨ 2026 Communication Update ✨

New year, same mission: keeping your planning process calm, organized, & actually enjoyable. 💛

To make sure nothing gets lost during busy wedding weeks, here’s the simple weekly flow we are using moving forward:

MONDAY — Email Only (11–3)

TUESDAY — Full Communication Day (11–6:30)

WEDNESDAY — Email Only (11–3)

THURSDAY — Meetings + Communication (9–3)

FRIDAY — Wedding Prep Only
Replies only for the couples getting married that weekend.
All other messages get answered Monday.

WEEKENDS
Weddings, events, and recovery time — so I can show up strong for the next week’s couples.

NEW: “URGENT:” Tag

If something needs quick attention, start your message with URGENT:

This helps me prioritize during heavy wedding weeks.

Urgent looks like:

• Vendor or timeline issues
• Sudden ceremony/reception changes
• Weather/transport/access problems
• Same-week rehearsal/timeline shifts
• Vendor cancellations or major delays

Not urgent (but still important):

• Inspiration ideas
• Decor/photo shares
• Song choices
• Vendor recs
• Timeline changes more than a week out
• Document edits that aren’t time-sensitive

This isn’t about limiting anyone — it’s about protecting your details, your timeline, & your peace of mind.

Clear communication = smoother weddings, fewer surprises, & better support for every couple I serve.
