Y'all be on some serious weirdo time. Y'all be using words out of context.
"Please stick" to your European psychology profile script written from those who "mastered the art" of being "that" which he describes in the first place. I'm referring to those same folks who start making laws against crimes they profected.
Reason being is, because ghetto folk be using words out of context, not knowing the true definition, the history behind the reasoning, and who it applies to in the first place. Plus. (Extra added bonus° y'all love ("massa") the white man so much ("because he gives you money and business opportunities") you should know the difference so we can all have a productive future.
With that last motivation spoke of above in my previous paragraph being the primary issue, y'all should be educated and informed to know the difference "of who is who and what is what", especially all those who qualify as a "token butt kisser."

There are cases whereas people turn to young adults at a late stage of life - what would be considered as late bloomers. But all of it is psychological and genetics.
But here is the white man's opinion I agree with.
I agree wholly with section 01) kinda something wrong with people who deal with young children that age level.
With regards to section 02) (below you will or should read) - I feel as a responsible parent myself, you should educate yourself to know that if and when they hit their p***c or menstrual cycle up, they are "officially" young adults and need special guidance to help insure, they don't slip up and have a baby with any age for that matter. They need to concentrate on school and academic services. Also, parents need to keep in mind they have hormones and try to get close to the closest thing to them that can scratch an itch with. That by nature. They will start acting weird.
The other section, section 3) they most of them but all of them ("will") get even more wild. Parents will be really tripping out then. The more girth or adult size they get, will think they are legal adults.
And parents got nerves to act like they never been there. It's funny to me how all the sudden when a man 🍆 or a woman who have been procreating every thing moving back when they were younger under the age of 18, - when they get a daughter, then all the sudden of the sudden - they got an issue with accepting that their daughter at a certain age they was once ("transitioned") into a woman right before their very eyes.
I kind of get it if they transitioned too early - like - they get a menstrual cycle and can obvulate earlier than 10 years old. The world record of a female having a baby is 5 years old. Or close to that.
Before we mis-overstand each other, all I'm trying to say is this, when they are turning to young women and men, we should be responsible enough not to lie to them like it's a Santa Claus or some kind of story about storks that bring babies or else we "will" fail them as parents. They need to know we not only have their back but their future as well. It's no their fault they are young and became this person who metamorphosis into ("insto-adult").
And the reality is "every culture" and every state in country - has different eye site visions - when it comes to maturity and the procreation there-of.
At at the end of the day, every state in the United State decides procreation laws. It's really not regulated "per-say" by Federal Law. And that's been like that since the beginning of the US Constitution being written. So before you go ape s**t over your childs procreation habits understand, they have a mind of their own, and their own set of needs ("Yes I said child because we are all children of someone from the oldest to the youngest in society" but becoming an adult can start at any age when they can make their own babies, but, just because they can doesn't make them responsible).
Time to get to the "grit of the niddy".
You are a type of philia by white man's definition and by law of their state "if" you have ("s*xual interest") or are ("s*xually attracted") and ("especially engaged") in "full blown" relationships with young people in the age groups I've listed below.
If you like somebody, you "may" fit the profile! (Notice I exclaimed may). Just because you like interacting with children don't necessarily mean you fit a profile - And especially if you were never educated that it is wrong to engage in a full blown relationship with children that are s*xually inappropriate if they are the ages below because remember - (" we are all children of someone").
Keep in mind, someone labeling you is a subjective opinion.
Subjective opinions come a dime a dozen from an educated person who specializes in the study "there-of" or someone who takes extreme fond interest in this subject because they have a remote or present history of indulging in such behaviors.
