I spoke to the Bankruptcy Court today at the Federal Courthouse in Urbana. They informed me today that they are hopefully going to start letting people into the Court House starting sometime in January so hopefully they do so I can start picking up the Bankruptcies and get them published again into The Court Reporter. I know it's been a long time but my hands were tied and I was at their mercy. A huge thank you to all my subscribers for being so patient and understanding.

DUE TO THE COVID-19 I AM NOT ALLOWED INTO THE FEDERAL BUILDING TO RETRIEVE THE BANKRUPTCIES AT THIS TIME. AS SOON AS I AM ALLOWED BACK IN I WILL COLLECT ALL BANKRUPTCIES AND REPORT THEM IN THE COURT REPORTER. HOPEFULLY THIS WILL NOT BE A LONG TERM PROBLEM. I APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE. THIS VIRUS HAS AFFECTED SO MANY PEOPLE AND BUSINESSES. LET'S PRAY THIS ALL PASSES SOON. ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS WILL BE REPORTED IN THE COURT REPORTER AS LONG AS THE COURT HOUSES CONTINUE TO RECORD.

To all my subscribers that receive The Court Reporter by mail. All mail was taken to the Post Office in Danville yesterday but the Bulk Mail Department was closed because they had no one there to process it. I called the Post Office this morning and they still do not have anyone there that can process the mail. I called the Champaign Post Office and they are looking into it for me to see if they can help with this situation. Unfortunately you will be receiving your publication late this week due to these circumstances. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
