A new chapter for just arrived in Napa Valley ✨🍷

We were invited to celebrate the unveiling of Silverado Resort’s newly renovated Spa & Longevity Center, refreshed accommodations, and the debut of Matchplay Kitchen + Bar—and after experiencing it firsthand, it’s easy to see why this iconic Napa destination is entering a whole new era.

Trading my heel videos for mountain air this weekend 🌲.
Long weekend at Pinecrest Lake with the family 🌲☀️🤎

If you’re looking for a Northern California mountain getaway that’s family-friendly, peaceful, and full of outdoor activities, Pinecrest honestly exceeded our expectations.

Over the weekend we:
• rented a pontoon party boat and went fishing on Pinecrest Lake 🎣
• caught rainbow trout after finally finding the spot 😂
• explored Kennedy Meadows & Aspen Meadow Pack Station 🐴
• did horseback riding through the mountains
• spent afternoons by the creek and lake
• unplugged, slowed down, and let the kids just be kids

One of my favorite parts about this trip was how simple everything felt. No big agenda, no rushing… just fresh mountain air, nature, fishing poles, horses, lake days, and quality family time.

The kids had the BEST time and honestly these slower outdoor trips always end up creating the biggest memories 🥹

Supporting my husband’s work trip somehow turned into a Sonoma reset 🍷✨

Wine country views, spa afternoons, slow mornings, a silk pillowcase packed in my suitcase, and finally sitting still long enough to finish a chapter in peace.

In my 20s, I thought luxury was buying more.
In my 40s, luxury feels like:
• uninterrupted quiet
• not rushing anywhere
• someone else asking me what I need
• good wine, good food, and nowhere to be

One of my favorite things lately is finding pieces that can actually transition with real life 🤍

This knit tennis set started as a casual daytime look… and with a blazer, mesh flats, and a structured bag, it completely transformed into an elevated night-out outfit.

I’ve been leaning more into pieces that feel:
comfortable,
classic,
and effortless — but still polished.

Honestly, this is the kind of outfit formula I reach for over and over in my 40s:

As a mom in my 40s, nobody needing me for a few hours honestly felt like a vacation 🤍

No snack requests.No sports bags to pack.No “Mom, I’m hungry.” No rushing from one thing to the next.

Just silence, sunshine, a good book, and finally letting my nervous system exhale for a moment.

Motherhood is beautiful… but it can also feel nonstop and overstimulating. I didn’t realize how much I needed a quiet day where someone else brought ME what I needed.

A little reminder that resting is productive too ✨

I honestly didn’t expect to use this as much as I do… but it’s become one of those everyday items I automatically grab before leaving the house.

Gifted by . My new phone case keeps my phone, cards, lip gloss, and sunglasses all in one place without carrying a huge bag everywhere.

Especially lately running between school pickup, errands, workouts, and golf practice ⛳️

Functional, minimal, and still feels elevated — which is hard to find.

Valentine’s Day with my forever Valentine’s …
We make it last-minute + a little magical 💘✈️
We literally landed in San Diego and said “sure, why not?” 🌴☀️

Plot twist: the kids chose to stay back with their friends (living their best little social lives 😅) which meant we got an unplanned Valentine’s date night 🥂🖤

This high-protein egg white wrap was TOO good not to share.

24g protein + ~120 cals and it takes about 15 minutes.
Today’s filling: homemade pesto, kabocha squash, a mix of spinach + red chard + baby kale, and fresh grated parmesan. 😍

And yes… I made it again the next day, I added parmesan on the egg white wrap before baking and it came out crispy like a little protein flatbread. SO. GOOD.

Save this for your next quick lunch 🤍🥬🧀
RECIPE (Egg White Wrap):
1. Add 1 cup egg whites to a bowl and whip until stiff peaks form.
2. Season: salt + pepper + onion powder + garlic powder (to taste).
3. Mix in 1 tsp cornstarch (helps it hold together).
4. Spread into a thin circle on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
Pro tip:
Sprinkle parmesan on top of the egg white wrap before baking — it bakes up crispy and it’s unreal. 🤤🧀
