Quick question:

The Census Bureau reported Danville’s median annual salary at $49,972.00 for 2024.

Before someone will even entertain looking over a rental application, the one requirement on EVERY application is-
YOU MUST MAKE THREE TIMES THE RENTAL PAYMENT, MONTHLY.
You most certainly don’t have to be a mathematician to comprehend that those numbers do NOT add up.

There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in Danville to rent, with 3 bedrooms, that isn’t a spruced up SHACK, under $1800-$2000 a month.
Houses that would accommodate, are COMPLETELY OUT OF THE QUESTION at
$2250-$2500.

So I guess my question is:
WHO IS THE AS***LE WHO INITIALLY STARTED THE GOUGING OF RENTALS IN DANVILLE?!
Also, for each of you who followed suit, you should be ashamed of yourselves. 😡😡

‘Drunk Jenga’ blocks?! COMMENT YOUR IDEAS BELOW!
I need a few additional block ideas!
Here are a few we use:

*person to your left-3 sips
*person to your right-3 sips
*straight ahead-3
*PeePaw/Meemaw blocks-oldest takes 5 sips
*TWINNINGG block-choose 1 person who has to drink every time you do-for the duration of the game (derailed rules explained on game insert)
*YUNGEEN-youngest at the table-3 sips
*SINGLES DRINK
* RHYME TIME (using the letter of the person’s first name who pulls rhyme time, they say a word that starts with that letter-(ex:Tesa-table lol) Mable, label, cable, stable-etc) the first person who can’t come up with a
*Don’t GO CHASING ‘WATERFALLS’-can’t stop until the person to your left stops
*SAFE
*THUMBS DOWN (any THUMB block pull activates the ‘thumb rule’ for the duration of the game. Only the person(s) who pulls the block can initiate. It can be done anytime during the game after block is pulled. Player-somewhat discreetly-places thumb on edge of table, then patiently waits for the rest of the table to follow suite lol LAST ONE TO put thumb on edge of table-5 sips
*Take a shot
*Give a shot
*Pull TWO blocks
*Give 2-block pulls away to ?
*FINISH HIM-your cup lol
*SPREAD LOVE-Tell each person at the table what you love most about them!

Also, we will only be accepting 10 orders at a time for Jenga sets, simply due to the time, effort and detail that goes into each set!
They are hand made by us.
Wood cut, shaved, sanded. Hand/Brush stained or painted-depending on set.
Choices will consist of:

*Dry Erase Jenga Set-includes eraser & markers (you would write in whatever theme/game/rules you choose)

*Chalkboard Paint Jenga Set-includes eraser & chalk markers (you fill in, SAA)

*Drunk Jenga Set-stained blocks, written/printed rules

*Monogrammed Jenga sets
You choose from our stain/paint options-
block set includes personalized monogram,
50% of the block set is monogrammed!
