Operation PROM is a national non-profit organization that has been making Prom dreams come true since 2005 by providing dresses, tuxedos and more to students who otherwise could not afford them. Their help has allowed deserving students to be a part of the high school rite of passage: Prom.
Teens looking for an inexpensive way to get a high-fashion dress for their Prom are encouraged to sign up, now in its 12th year, has helped thousands of teens by collecting and distributing gently used dresses – and now in many cases brand new dresses donated by companies and designers, including Macy’s, Jovani Fashions, Ralph Lauren, Adrianna Papell, and Allure Bridals.
Students in need of a free Prom dress should check the eligibility requirements, which include that the student is a HS senior and passing their classes. The online registration form is available on their national website for qualifying students ( www.operationprom.org/free-dresses.php).
This year we are looking to raise $ 1,500.00 to buy clothing racks, portable changing rooms and mirrors for the free giveaway events. All monetary donations are 100% tax deductible. Operation PROM is a national tax-exempt 501 c 3 Not-for-Profit Organization. Online donations at https://www.gofundme.com/6f579eek
