🖼️ MEET THE CHARACTERS OF THE HOLLOW — COURTNAY LEE
Meet Courtnay Lee, Keeper of Hope & Faithful Hearts — a gentle and warm-hearted rabbit whose story has become one of the most cherished tales in all of Thimblewick Hollow. Known for her kindness, quiet courage and unwavering devotion, Courtnay has a remarkable gift for helping others find comfort during difficult times. Wherever daisies bloom and laughter drifts upon the breeze, there is every chance you will find Courtnay nearby, offering a listening ear and a reassuring smile.
Few folk know hardship as intimately as Courtnay. Whilst travelling aboard a passenger ship with Morton the Wolf, disaster struck without warning. Separated amidst the chaos as the vessel disappeared beneath the waves, Courtnay believed she had lost Morton forever. Swept out to sea and exhausted from the ordeal, she was eventually discovered by a great whale who carried her safely towards the shore. Though rescued, the months that followed were filled with recovery, uncertainty and the sorrow of believing the one she loved had been lost.
Unknown to Courtnay, Morton had survived as well. Fate eventually guided them both back to the Hollow, where their paths crossed once more within the warm and welcoming rooms of the Rosemary Tea Rooms. Those who witnessed their reunion still speak of it fondly today. What began as a story of loss became one of hope, perseverance and the enduring strength of two hearts determined to find one another again.
