I will be filing trademarks on two different trademark classes.

Trademark class 41 and the second trademark class is a secret…….

Since my grandmother’s Publishing company created “Desairology” and yes, her Publishing company was certifying students on desairology material first before any other publishing company started certyfing students on Desairology in 1980.

I have a legal team that told me if I find them a big company that’s violating either copyright or trademark laws on my grandmother’s material. They will represent me for free and the trial attorneys will collect a third of the winnings at the end of lawsuit.

McGraw Hill happens to be that big company that I’m dealing with.

I know McGraw-Hill made $2.06 billion last year.

I wonder how much of that was created off of my grandmother’s material, Desairology/ MortuaryCosmetology……..

McGraw Hill does publish and 100 countries and in over 40 languages.

I do know my grandmother‘s material went global……

10% of those earnings is my slice of that pie.

I’ve been working on my first book that will be focused on early development children’s education. The name of the book will be “Bandit and The Beetle’s Learning Adventure”.

My dog bandit will play himself and I will be “The Beetle”. Bandit and I are creating an activity workbook for early learners.

It’s an “ABC and 123” book but also including object matching to each letter of the alphabet. The book will include activity games that will be working on math skills and literary skills for early learners.

The book will be for the ages of 4 years old-6years old.

My whole life I’ve always wanted to be a teacher. My journey took me on a different route in life. Soon, I will be going back to school to for an associate degree in English. I plan on publishing a line of educational activity books for early learners of early developmental education for children.

I think it would be really cool to be a part of that educational wave of empowerment through reading and learning. Hopefully I can make a difference with my books. “Bandit and The Beetle’s Learning Adventure” is being prepared for publication.

I figure I would do a little public supporting on some women’s rights because I think it’s important. It’s just not important but it’s also going to solidify a better future for others.

In America, there’s issues with women’s rights and equality. Although another countries there is no equality and that is the problem.

In some countries, they don’t have any education available for women and young girls. That’s why you have to support this group of rights and challenge opposition views.

It’s awesome What one brave soul can do to change the world regardless of age.

65 years ago today, 6-year-old Ruby Bridges walked through a wall of hate to integrate the all-white William Frantz Elementary in New Orleans—becoming the first Black child to do so in the South. Surrounded by U.S. Marshals, she carried the weight of a nation on her small shoulders.

Her courage shattered barriers and forced America to confront its inequities. We honor her legacy by continuing the fight for truly inclusive education—because, like Ruby, we know one brave soul can change the world.

Here’s something I found online. Piece of Womens Rights History.

Anti-suffragists argued that most women did not want the vote. Because they took care of the home and children, they said women did not have time to vote or stay updated on politics. Some argued women lacked the expertise or mental capacity to offer a useful opinion about political issues.

Creation of Desairology:

Noella’s inspiration to create Desairology came to her
in 1952 when a funeral home director asked her to
come to the funeral home to do a hairstyle for a
recently deceased individual.

It gave her the idea to
develop specific cosmetology techniques and
procedures in preparing decedents at casket side.
Noëlla published her first book Desairology:
Hairdressing for Decendent’s in 1980 and continued
writing and publishing on this and related topics
throughout her life.

She gave numerous lectures and
interviews on her work and was periodically the
subject of news and magazine articles written about
her and this unusual subject.

In [1980] Noëlla formed her own publishing company
[JJ Publishing] and wrote an additional 6 books on
inpatient caregiving for the elderly and disabled. In
doing so, she helped to create—in addition to
Desairology—an outreach industry dedicated to
rehabilitative service at patients’ bedside (medical
beauty hygienic) and for the deceased.

Early Years & Suffrage Movement
