What is my reason for posting on women’s rights?

To bring more light to the rights group for men abd women. Why is it important?

To spread the message of equality and that woman can do the same job that men can do, regardless of the job.

Achieving equal rights in areas such as employment, property ownership, education, and bodily autonomy, while also fighting against s*xism, gender stereotypes, and oppression.

Often I think people, mistaken for a silly idea. That womens rights doesn’t really matter, that it’s a stupid topic to speak about….. I think if it wasn’t for the creation of the womens rights group, life would be so much different for the opposites*x of men.

***Political Rights

**Suffrage: The right to vote and participate in the political process.

**Public Office: The right to hold public office and be elected to positions of power.

***Economic Rights

**Equal Employment: The right to work in any chosen profession and receive equal pay for equal work.

**Property Ownership: The right to own property and control assets.

**Economic Participation: The right to have equal opportunities for economic participation and access to resources.

Creation of Desairology:

Noella’s inspiration to create Desairology came to her
in 1952 when a funeral home director asked her to
come to the funeral home to do a hairstyle for a
recently deceased individual.

It gave her the idea to
develop specific cosmetology techniques and
procedures in preparing decedents at casket side.
Noëlla published her first book Desairology:
Hairdressing for Decendent’s in 1980 and continued
writing and publishing on this and related topics
throughout her life.

She gave numerous lectures and
interviews on her work and was periodically the
subject of news and magazine articles written about
her and this unusual subject.

In [1980] Noëlla formed her own publishing company
[JJ Publishing] and wrote an additional 6 books on
inpatient caregiving for the elderly and disabled. In
doing so, she helped to create—in addition to
Desairology—an outreach industry dedicated to
rehabilitative service at patients’ bedside (medical
beauty hygienic) and for the deceased.

Early Years & Suffrage Movement

1848: The Seneca Falls Convention is held in New York, where activists like Elizabeth Cady Stanton and Lucretia Mott create the Declaration of Sentiments, outlining demands for women's rights.

1848: New York passes the Married Woman's Property Act, allowing married women to control their own property and earnings, a significant legal shift from English common law.

1878: The Woman Suffrage Amendment (which later becomes the 19th Amendment) is first introduced to Congress.

1890: Wyoming is the first state to grant women the right to vote.

1918-1920: The push for the 19th Amendment intensifies; President Wilson calls women's suffrage a "war measure" during World War I, and after being passed by Congress, it is ratified by the states in August 1920.

I will continue doing this type of stuff to educate others and why this right group is very important to support.

I see it like this, I’m supporting my friends and my family members that are women. Thats the right thing to do.

I post quotes like this because I think it’s important to support others. Also, I know my grandmother would approve of these daily quotes. I continuously try as hard as I can to make my grandmother smile up above

Some business owners support beach cleanups.

Other business owners support saving wildlife.

I believe human rights are way more important to focus on. Specifically, a certain group of rights are the most important.

If these rights were never created, women wouldn’t have had the opportunity to buy a house, open her OWN company and/or get a job.

That’s why these rights are important and they keep other individuals safe when they need to be safe.

Without these rights, they have nothing.
