UPDATE regarding future episodes of DYEM:
Happy Friday everyone! Henrique & I have an announcement to make regarding the future of Do You Even Movie podcast and unfortunately it’s probably not an announcement anyone is looking forward to but simply put, we’re going to be ending Do You Even Movie. This was not an easy decision and we discussed options over the past week, however we’ve both come to the conclusion that it would be in our best interest to step away from the show to allow for more balance in our personal & work lives. The last couple years have been a bit tough on us both & rather than risk burning out & having that start to affect the content, we recognize whats the best way to navigate this issue. Having a full time job plus maintaining a weekly podcast is no easy feat & we’ve had several great years of luck with starting our Welcome To Primetime podcast which then turned into DYEM. While we cannot comment if there’s potential for the show to come back in the future, I know we both wanna extend a very BIG Thank You to all our friends & supporters of the show who enjoyed sitting down with us every Tuesday to chat films & even life sometimes. We couldn’t have had this opportunity without all of you, and will be forever grateful that you joined us for the ride.
You will still be able to find Hen every week over on Weekly Spooky & I can still be found regularly appearing on This Week In Geek as well. So there will be no shortage of entertainment from us both. Thank you again for years of support & all your great emails, messages, & comments that kept us going every week. Till we pod again,
