Brides and grooms… in lieu of doing an actual last call, put a sign on your bar that informs your guests what time the bar will be closing. That way the guests are aware of when it will close but when the time comes, you don't lose your dance floor for that last 30 minutes of the night.

How do you really want to end your night... with everybody gathered around the bar in line to get a drink, or everybody out on the dance floor celebrating until the very last song? The choice is very obvious. Do a "soft close", where the bar just.....closes!
