Blue Bell Creameries, the Texas-based Ice cream company, has announced plans to open a 16,000-square-foot cold-storage and distribution facility in Lebanon, Ohio. Located between Cincinnati and Dayton, the facility sits just south of the Miami Valley. The move is expected to significantly impact Dayton-area retailers and provide employment opportunities for those in the area.

On a stretch of land off Washington Church Road in Miamisburg, construction crews are laying the foundation for what Dayton Christian School leaders see as the next chapter of the school’s story. A new $4 million multipurpose center built to match the school’s recent growth began construction back in July to serve as a hub for the school’s athletic programs.
