Some of y’all don’t understand what overstimulation really is. It’s not an attitude, it’s not somebody being distant, and it’s not them being weird towards you, it’s just needing space. Not everyone can be social all day every day. Some of us need hours alone without conversation, without being touched, without constant stimulation. That doesn’t mean we don’t care, it doesn’t mean something is wrong, it just means our mind and body needs a reset. Respecting that isn’t too much to ask… and if you can’t, then feel free to walk away 💯
