Job Opportunity: Sim Racing Hardware Technician
Location: DAYTONA BEACH

We are hiring a Sim Racing Hardware Technician to repair, service, and maintain high-end racing simulator components. This role is ideal for someone who understands electronics, mechanics, and enjoys hands-on technical work in a fast-growing industry. Bilingual is a huge plus. We have lots of customers from South America.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair direct-drive wheelbases (Simucube, Moza, Simagic, Fanatec, etc.)
Service and calibrate load-cell brake pedals, hydraulic pedals, and throttle/clutch assemblies
Repair and rebuild shifters, handbrakes, button boxes, servos, sensors, and encoders
Troubleshoot motors, bearings, PCB boards, wiring issues, and USB communication failures
Perform firmware updates, testing, calibration, and quality checks
Replace mechanical parts (springs, bushings, bearings, shafts, belts, gears, etc.)
Document all repairs and maintain parts inventory
Assist with simulator builds when needed (rig assembly, cable management, mounting peripherals)
Requirements
Strong understanding of electronics repair (continuity testing, PCB inspection, soldering, replacing components)
Mechanical aptitude (understanding of bearings, bushings, belts, motor housings)
Experience repairing motors, servo units, or similar electromechanical devices
Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and exploded views
Familiarity with sim racing hardware is a major plus β but not required
Ability to work independently and efficiently
