The art, the antiques, the FOOD 🤤, the beach, live music, and finding those little spots where you can escape the chaos for a minute. There’s so much more to experience outside of the rally itself.

This one means more to me than I can properly put into words. 🥹😭💜

My very first full-face helmet was a black Simpson Mod. I bought it wayyyyy back when, long before any of this was even a possibility. I just loved Simpson helmets. I rode in them, supported them, photographed in them, and kept rocking with the brand through so many chapters of my life.

So to eventually be trusted to design one of my own… as an artist AND as someone who has genuinely loved this brand for years… is a full-circle moment I don’t think will ever stop feeling surreal.

I designed this helmet completely from the inside out, and it took over a YEAR to bring to life.

I obsessed over every detail: the purple-to-mint ombré, the flake that comes alive in the light, the iridescent shield, the hand-drawn panther, the MINT GREEN interior (the first colored interior Simpson has ever done), and even a purple chin strap… because apparently I couldn’t stop at just the outside 😂

And then getting to photograph the imagery for its release myself?! Are you kidding me?! 😭

There’s something incredibly emotional about seeing your art become a real, tangible thing that other people can wear while doing something you love so much.

I poured so much of myself into this helmet, my art, my favorite colors, my attention to detail, my love for motorcycles… all of it is in there.

To the entire Simpson team: thank you. Truly. For trusting my vision, listening to every tiny idea, and bringing something that started in my head to life so beautifully. I’ll never take that for granted.

As an artist, this was a dream project.
As a rider, this was an honor.
And as that girl who bought her first black Simpson Mod all those years ago… this is pretty fu***ng special. 🥹

I hope you see a little piece of me in it. Because there absolutely is one.

Sturgy dump 🤘🏼💕

The conversations with followers, friends, and complete strangers this week filled my cup in a way I didn’t realize I needed. I’m leaving Sturgis with some much-needed clarity that I definitely wasn’t expecting to find.

I’ve been feeling some mega burnout with this scene, especially after my AuDHD diagnosis and taking a step back from everything. The last 5 years of my life has fully revolved around bike weeks and events and im excited to slow down a bit. Ive always known I don’t care for the fake, surface-level friendships for social media or all the ass kissing that goes on but taking a step back has made me realize just how much of it there actually is. So much of it feels like networking disguised as friendship. Being kind to people based on what they can do for you, who they know, or what connections they have is just gross to me. I don’t want to be around that s**t.

I want to keep putting my time, energy, friendship, and support into genuinely good humans and companies who actually care about the people they work with. I want to live in the moment more. Do things because they’re fun. Go places because I want to experience them and not the same s**t year after year. Ride because I fu***ng love riding not because it’s content.

I had so many heart-to-heart conversations this week that reminded me there are some really fu***ng incredible humans in this community. Underneath all the noise and chaos, there’s still so much of it that I love. And I think I just needed to remember what parts of it actually matter to me.

So I’m taking a break from large events for a while. I want to lay down more miles, make more art, spend time with good people, and just enjoy my life without constantly thinking about what I should be doing next.

And holy s**t, I’m excited for that. 💕

Love you guys. Thank you for being here, for the conversations, the hugs, the stories, and for continuing to remind me why I started sharing this weird little life on the internet in the first place. 🤘🏼
