π½οΈπ¦ WOMTβ’ Kitchen: Seafood Stuffing w/ Lobster Tails

β¨ Ingredients
Stuffing Base
β’ 1 pan cornbread, crumbled
β’ 1 small green bell pepper, diced
β’ 1β2 sweet peppers (or red bell pepper), diced
β’ 1 onion, diced
β’ 2β3 stalks celery, diced
β’ 2β3 Tbsp real butter
β’ 1 Tbsp olive oil (optional)
β’ 1 tsp thyme
β’ 1Β½ tsp poultry seasoning
β’ 1 tsp garlic powder
β’ 1 tsp onion powder
β’ Β½β1 tsp smoked paprika
β’ Β½ tsp Old Bay (optional but perfect for seafood dishes)
β’ 1 Tbsp fresh or dried parsley
β’ 1β2 cups vegetable broth or water with vegetable bouillon
β’ 1 can cream of celery OR cream of mushroom (optional for extra moisture)
Seafood (optional inside stuffing)
β’ Β½ cup chopped shrimp, crab, or scallops (optional β if you want it extra seafood-loaded)
Lobster Tails
β’ 3β6 lobster tails, split
β’ 4 Tbsp melted butter
β’ 1 tsp minced garlic
β’ Β½ tsp smoked paprika
β’ Β½ tsp Old Bay
β’ Β½ tsp parsley
β’ Pinch of salt + pepper
β’ Squeeze of lemon (optional)

π₯ Directions
1. SautΓ© your veggies
In a pan, melt butter. Add onions, peppers, and celery.
Cook until soft and fragrant (6β8 minutes).
Season the veggies with:
thyme, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Old Bay, parsley.
2. Build the stuffing
In a large bowl, add your crumbled cornbread.
Pour the sautΓ©ed veggies over it.
Add vegetable broth a little at a time until the stuffing is moist but not soggy.
Add cream of celery/mushroom if you want extra creaminess.
Fold in extra shrimp/crab/scallops if youβre making the seafood version.
3. Bake the stuffing
Spread the stuffing in a greased baking dish.
Bake at 350Β°F for 25β35 minutes, or until lightly golden.
4. Prep your lobster
Mix melted butter, garlic, smoked paprika, Old Bay, parsley, and a pinch of salt.
Brush all over your split lobster tails.
5. Finish the dish
Place the lobster tails on top of the baked stuffing.
Brush with more garlic butter.
Return to oven for 10β12 minutes or until the lobster is opaque and tender.
6. Serve
Spoon the pan butter over everything and enjoy the richness.
