I’m proud of myself. I chose a healthier option…

 on the plate, lemon pepper Sriracha with lettuce and cherry tomato and homemade tartar sauce.
And it was light flavorful, and delicious and I don’t feel stuffed !!!

Decisions decisions.. fish and grits or fish and salad …

Or I could wrap it in a low-carb tortilla 🤔

The salad would definitely be a healthier choice however, the grits would be a heartier choice

Due to the fact that the fish is already lightly breaded and fried I think I will balance it out with the salad!

I normally prepare it air fried or sautéed or baked

Enjoying some of the foods that I love, however, still eating with good intentions
