A Grammy-nominated musician was struck and killed while walking his dogs in Rhode Island after a driver with an extensive criminal record crashed off the road.

Frank and Tracy have been talking about this for a while. It's been long overdue and somewhat symbolic, since there are dogs on the beach everyday and the rules prohibiting them are never enforced. As long as dog owners keep it clean (and safe) for other beachgoers, it's a great step towards making our beach more inviting. Frank and Tracy Radio Show
