Motivation can’t be your only fuel.
When you’re motivated, excited, fired up -it’s still just short-term fuel for your goals. Motivation doesn’t occur naturally .. everyday.

That’s why the majority of people who start any - diet, gym routine…don’t finish. They run out of gas. They run out of motivation because motivation isn’t guaranteed.

The only lasting fuel is routine. You have to build routine daily … even on the days you don’t want to.

Did you know …

Your first meal of the day can significantly influence cravings for the rest of the day because it sets your metabolic "blueprint," affecting blood sugar, hormone levels, and overall appetite.

A breakfast high in refined carbohydrates/sugars can cause a blood sugar spike and crash, leading to more cravings & eating more throughout the day.

High carbohydrate breakfasts or first meals - influence your energy levels and cognitive function for the day as well. Brain foggggg.
