It all began in 2015 when I decided to commit to getting certified as a personal trainer. And then, I couldn’t stop. Moved up to a master trainer. I have decided I cannot just throw that away…..It was ALOT of hard work!! Studying, and late nights to finish it.

I think it’s time I revisit it since I put in the hard work. Which means, I can go in a lot of different ways with this. Through prayer, I really need clarity in where exactly to go with this. My goal is to reach a decision by the new year. 🙏🏼

☀️ Sitting here finishing my coffee looking at the sunlight coming in on the curtains. I love the sunshine. So, I ran across a post that said, be thankful for where you’re at, someone else is wishing they had what you have. As I scrolled through that carousel post, which is in my stories now, it made me think. God sure does talk to us in many ways. Be watchful because he is talking to you through something you see whether it’s outside, tv or maybe a post. I had so much on my mind when I sat down….But then, it made me stop and think. ☕️🙌🏼🥰 Enjoy your Friday!

✨ Did you know in a study done they’ve found we can turn back time just by exercising? A rigorous, two year exercise program that involves high intensity interval training could reverse heart aging by up to 20 years in middle aged individuals.

💥 We should aim for 150 minutes a week. Which means, 30 min. 5 times a week or, 25 minutes 6 days a week. You do the math of what works but, I’m here to help with coaching. 😊

As I sit and think with my coffee, I’ve always said, do what you love. If we don’t do a job that we love, we will NOT succeed in it. It’s inevitable we will be successful if we love what we do! So don’t force it, be you, switch jobs if needed, and enjoy life! It’s just too short not to. 💓

Do you wake up and the first thing you do is check your phone? Try this, wake up, spend a moment enjoying your surroundings, say a little prayer, and then get up.

Look to make sure you didn’t miss family texts or calls then go eat, spend time sitting for a bit and enjoy the blessings in your life. Don’t miss those precious moments around you. ☀️ enjoy your day today whatever blessings come your way.

Also, get out and get some fresh air even if it’s stepping out on your porch for a little bit to breathe in fresh air and hear birds singing. ☀️🌲🐿️
