Due to the evening winter weather advisory, the Young Fives and Kindergarten Parent Information Night is canceled. The event will be rescheduled, and a new date will be announced in the coming days.

At this time, all other district evening events will continue as scheduled. We will keep families up-to-date with any other changes or additional information.

Due to icy and dangerous conditions on many side streets and back roads throughout the district, all schools will be closed today, Monday, February 3.

01/23/2025

Due to icy back roads and slick conditions throughout the district, Clarkston Community Schools will be closed today, January 23, 2025.

01/20/2025

Due to dangerously cold temperatures, Clarkston Community Schools will be closed on Tuesday, January 21, and Wednesday, January 22. This decision was not taken lightly. While we would like to have your children in our schools learning, we must consider their safety. After consulting with a meteorologist and conferring with several other superintendents, it was determined that it was too cold for students to wait at the bus stop or walk to school. We appreciate your understanding and I hope that giving you advanced notice about both days helps your family to plan for childcare if needed. Please stay safe and warm.
