Our President & CEO, Terrence “TAT” Taylor, officially has an Unhinged Biography. 😂

And after careful review by absolutely nobody, we have determined that it is…surprisingly accurate. 🤣

The story behind TAT Global Enterprises has never been about fitting into one traditional category.

From consulting and community engagement to education, facilitation, speaking, entertainment, media and communications, the work may take many different forms—but the purpose remains consistent:

Connect people. Create opportunities. Build community. Inspire growth. Celebrate success.

That’s also why TAT means Triumphant Achievements Together.

Because success was never supposed to be something we accomplish alone.

So while this carousel is intentionally ridiculous 😂, underneath the jokes is the story of an entrepreneur who decided not to “pick a lane”—but instead build an organization where his experiences, talents, relationships and purpose could work together.

Through Richland’s partnership with TCCI, this cohort’s Essential Skills training is taking place directly on the TCCI campus—creating a powerful connection between education, workforce preparation, and the environments where tomorrow’s careers are being built.

Through Essential Skills, we’re helping participants strengthen communication, teamwork, leadership, adaptability, conflict resolution, problem-solving, work ethic, and other skills that can make a difference not only in obtaining a career—but in sustaining success and continuing to grow.

We’re excited to see the confidence, relationships, skills, and opportunities this new cohort develops throughout the semester.
