You guys… I’ve been quiet because I didn’t expect this kind of response.

My focus has always been the work, my team, and making sure they shine. I’m usually the one behind the scenes pushing others forward, so to feel this much love and appreciation for something I simply love to do means everything.

CPA Studios has been a creative space, built with nothing but sweat
and hard work collectively from our team.

Thank you for the love but thank you for supporting us as a whole.

Lately, I’ve been getting asked a lot about what really goes on behind the scenes of production. Not just the gear or the setup, but the mindset, the leadership, the pressure, and the preparation it takes to run CPA Studios and lead multiple projects.

So I took a minute to answer a few questions that most people don’t ask but should.

Production isn’t just about what you capture; it’s about how you lead. If your team isn’t aligned with the vision, the ex*****on will always fall short.

I hope this helps somebody. Whether you’re just starting out or trying to take your studio to the next level. I’ve learned that success is in the systems, the people, and the standard you set.
