In the heart of Atlanta, where skyscrapers pierce the sky, and the underbelly of society teems with hidden secrets, the usual suspects of money, guns, and drugs are everpresent, along with a diverse group of individuals called the Oddity, humans born with supernatural talents. Johnathan Raimy (aka Dread), an armed robber and contract killer born with spider-like abilities, and his best friend, Ititi Obadiah (aka Tee-Tee), an aspiring world championship fighter born with bio-electric energy channeling abilities, are called upon by the World Affairs Investigation Department (W.A.I.D.) to stop a chaotic plot to destroy the city. Jene’ Deaffers (aka Red Shadow), an Oddity with extraordinary energy talents, seeks ultimate power by discovering the Red Bricks of Krusck with the help of Dr. Erik Syn and members of her organization, the Dynasty. Dread struggles with his conscience, while Tee-Tee embraces destiny.
