Promises made - promises kept. Today two of my priority pieces of legislation were signed into law by Governor Mike Kehoe.

First on HB 2372 I included the Lyme Disease Eradication Act. This comprehensive piece covers treatment options, insurance coverage for some, protection for practitioners, research, and much more. The similar portion is the Alpha Gal syndrome reporting prong which empowers patients, providers, and the government to work together in order to get a grasp on how widespread AGS has become. Shoutout to State Rep. Matthew Overcast, Esq. for helping championing both of these with me!!!!

Second on SB 878 we included the language sponsored by Missouri State Senator Joe Nicola and myself allowing for over-the-counter of ivermectine and hydroxychloroquine. The only nuance was this will happen once the FDA establishes a simple warning label for informed consent. Big shoutout to Holly Jones For Missouri and Rep Bill Hardwick helping take care of this in the House.

Both measures really are so important to thousands of constituents that have spent years trying to get both of these accomplished

Today Governor Mike Kehoe signed another huge priority of mine: AMERICAN LAWS FOR AMERICAN COURTS!

Along side my colleagues Missouri State Senator Joe Nicola and Chad Perkins, this has been a very important issue the legislature has tried to address for many years. As Sharia Law takes over European cities and is creeping into America, as the World Health Organization and World Economic forum try and dictate how Americans live their lives, the Missouri legislature said enough is enough!

This law is simple - no more superseding American laws with religion, treaties, international organizations where there is a conflict.

In less than one year, the MOFC put the pedal to the metal accomplishing MANY of the goals that politicians have promised for years! Here’s just a handful of what we’ve prioritized, finalized, and sent to the Governor
