Northwest Ohio Storm Response Team Northwest Ohio Storm Response Team. Founded September 2011 We are a newly formed team by Nick Bishop and Ryan Peterson.

The team observes and reports any severe weather it encounters via phone or amateur radio to facilitate the reporting process to the National Weather Service to help issue timely warnings.
