We’re back… and this time, we’re serving short films in a castle. 🏰
Cinema Soup Film Festival returns Sunday, March 29, 2026, as part of the brand new Zocko Con — a weekend celebration of creativity, pop culture, and fandom at Northern Illinois University’s Altgeld Hall (yes, the actual castle building!) in DeKalb, IL.
This year’s festival is simmering with excitement, and we’re ready to stir the pot with stories from around the world.
🎥 All short films welcome.
🕰️ 30 minutes or less.
🌎 Any genre. Any year. All flavors encouraged.
If you’ve got a story that’ll make us laugh, cry, squirm, or cheer — we want a taste.
🎟️ All selected films will be screened live in an intimate theater setting and receive 2 VIP passes to the full Zocko Con weekend!
