Good afternoon,
We are excited to be preparing for our 4th Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Event, and we are working hard to make this year's event a meaningful opportunity to educate our community about the importance of breast self-awareness, routine screenings, early detection, and timely intervention.
We would be honored to have your agency join us by hosting an informational booth. This is a wonderful opportunity to share the services and resources your organization provides, such as referrals, transportation assistance, financial resources, counseling, support groups, patient navigation, coping strategies, or any other programs that support individuals and families affected by breast cancer. Every resource has the potential to make a meaningful difference.
Attached is the registration form for informational booths. Vendor setup will begin at 10:00 a.m., booths will open to attendees at 11:00 a.m., and the Breast Cancer Awareness Program will begin at 12:00 noon.
Please complete and return the registration form by September 15, 2026.
