I almost didn’t take this trip up North to see my cousin. My calendar was overflowing, my brain buzzing with to-do lists, my nervous system running on cortisol and willpower.

But every time I think I can’t step away or feel that weight on my chest, life shows me that’s exactly when I have to create space for connection back to my home, pachamama. 🌿

When we unplug from the noise, we remember how to listen again. The forest becomes a mirror. The stillness starts reflecting back things we’ve been too busy to feel.

Research shows that just two hours in nature each week can boost well-being in crazy measurable ways. But the deeper truth is that nature doesn’t just heal us… it reminds us.

We belong here. Our rhythm was never meant to match this manufactured and chaotic world’s pace.

Somewhere between the pages of my book, the crackling of the fire, the hum of the trees, the night spent dancing in the back roads of the Gorge, I could feel my spirit exhale.

That’s the thing about slowing down I guess… you don’t lose time. You return to it. ✨

I hope you slow down and feel the wind this season.

There’s something about this past weekend that just clicked.
Friday the 13th. My 3rd ceremony with .

Angel number 333.
My birthday? Yep — three 3s.
A triple portal if I’ve ever felt one 🌀

This marked my 10th Ayahuasca ceremony, which honestly blows my mind. Not because the number matters (I promise I’m not collecting ceremonies like Pokémon), but because I can feel how much has changed since that first sit. The layers I’ve shed. The truths I’ve owned. The ways I’ve softened into who I really am.

This weekend also sealed in a plant dieta I’ve been walking since returning from Peru, but more strictly the week prior working with holy basil, cinnamon, and bobinsana — and it truly felt like a chapter closed, and a new one opened.

I found myself singing.. A LOT. It was karaoke up in that camp. Not once, but twice, solo! Singing hasn’t been a part of my life formally, but working with Bobinsana — the little siren herself — it makes sense. She’s known to open the heart and clear the throat, and it felt like my voice finally came home to me.

Integration isn’t a finish line. It’s how we live. And right now, I just feel more me than ever.

Last month, I spent almost two weeks at in the Peruvian Amazon for what I thought was going to be a study of Ayahuasca and Shipibo culture. What I got was so much more and beyond. 💚

The best way I can describe how I feel about what I learned is: “The more you learn, the more you realize you don’t know.” And this trip has definitely ignited, even more, my pursuit for knowledge, spirituality and self-discovery.

Most people have asked me what was the biggest “aha” thing I learned, and I think they were expecting me to say some wild, brain blasting realizations. 😆 But at the root of everything…. my biggest “aha” was more about truly realizing the direct relationship of joyful peace and living a more simple life. It sounds so anticlimactic, I know, yet I’ve found it is so deeply what I, and frankly we all, are missing.

I wanted (and honestly needed) to wait to post this until I gave myself enough time into my integration process. And to type up all 45 pages of notes. 😂 📝

While I haven’t been super active on socials, I do plan to share more eventually, but for now, I write this as I finish up another mini dieta (plant study) this week at home and head into ceremony with Mother Aya again this weekend in here Austin. 🫶🏻

For now, a few shares from my time in the jungle [I dropped them into the comments!].

🫶🏻 This trip gave me so much more than just a trip to the Amazon to work with Ayahuasca. It gave me a new perspective on the kind of life I really want and how I want to show up in the world.

One thing I do know for sure is that I need to know more. I thought my medicine and shamanic journey started two years ago when I first met Mother Ayahuasca, but I know now that I don’t know s**t. 😂

My next chapter has begun and I know that I will be in deep study moving forward to live slower, simpler while also learning more, and be able to share more of my own unique medicine and love with the world.

Cheers to making the world a better, more intentional place. It all starts within. Gracias and aho. 🪶

↓ Let’s talk about habits… I haven’t posted in a while and woah, what a gift that’s been to step back from the pressure of socials.

Moving to a new state, prepping for the jungle, deep in corporate work mode — I had to let a few things go. And I thought that meant I was falling behind… but what it really did was show me what I actually want to bring with me.

Like my little rituals that I’ve been able to hold onto:
+ Pulling a card from my animal oracle deck (thank you , this deck is everything)
+ Sitting with hapé, letting the stillness settle in.
+ Writing, even if just a few lines in my journal with my dinosaur pen because — inner child joy is sacred too. 🦖✨

These things aren’t less than.
They’re the thread. 🪡

You don’t have to do it all.
You just have to keep doing what brings you back to yourself.

If you’ve been busy, burnt out, or feeling like your spiritual life needs a reboot — here are a few micro rituals that could help you stay grounded lately:
+ Pull 1 tarot or oracle card and don’t overanalyze it 🎴
+ Set a timer for 3 minutes and just breathe (no music, no apps) ⏳
+ Write down what your inner child would say about your day ✍🏼

It all counts.
You still count.
Even when life is a little messy. Especially then.
