backyard garden. Gardening is my healthy lifestyle , having energy from sunlight every morning at 8:00 am to 9:00am , physical and mental exercise . Its wonderful time to see our veggies blooming many flowers and fruits , and then comes the happiest time of harvesting the fruits of our labor. Every day harvest of healthy ,organic fresh veggies , to our kitchen to cook , Gulay is healthy nutritious food we love.

There’s nothing quite like the taste of fresh, homegrown guavas right off the tree! My harvest is looking incredible this year. There is something so rewarding about growing your own food. Do you have a favorite fruit tree in your yard?
