While I referenced electrical tasks in this reel, I'm sure you guys are picking up what I'm putting down. You have to work at being well rounded in your field, and sometimes that means learning new things on your own, because you may not get the opportunity on the jobsite!

I am grateful to have been on a variety of different tasks in my career which contributes to my knowledge, but just like with anything else, if you don't use it you lose it! I also work towards learning new things on my own which makes me more valuable, because being valuable in your field means more leadership potential, respect, and money!

So please stop and take a moment to reflect before opening your mouth to speak negatively on someone else. People are still learning, including YOU!

The hardest 4 point saddle I've ever bent and here's why! First of all the bender was tall. Which made it difficult for me to get the leverage I needed. I'm 5'6".

This is 1" EMT conduit and it's a pretty big saddle so, I had to bring my measurements (adjusted measurements since I was going to be handbending) to the middle of the conduit so I had enough leverage on both ends of the pipe and even then it was still a struggle! If I had gone with the measurements on the drawing, I never would've gotten it, (but then again those measurements were for a Greenlee 854 Sidewinder.)

I knew it was dogged before I even set it down, but that was an easy fix! The pipe runs on the cable tray rack and will saddle over a section of 4×12 basket tray.
It wasn't easy AT ALL, but I got it done, and did it not once, but twice.👷🏾‍♀️💪🏾
