Our thoughts and prayers go out to Kidney from Valley Moto shop on the passing of dad, Butch (Edward Kidney). RIP Butch!

For those who don't know Eric and dad Butch.. they are two staples with in the MSC Motocross Racing community.. Eric runs the Valley Moto shop organization and Butch would be there supporting Eric along the way.. You can find Eric always riding in the +25B class and many other classes with in the racing family.. Please keep Eric and family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Hey everyone, we know it has been a minute since we’ve uploaded some content to the page.. thing got kind of crazy with life events going on. We are in the process of getting things back up to speed. Good Morning all! So, with today being the last day of 2024, we wanted to take a moment and thank all of our supporters over the years and this year especially. We've made many new contacts as well as seen some awesome places. We do apologize for the lack of content recently.. It is coming, we promise.

We look forward to working with everyone in 2025. Please stay tuned for more content here in the near future.

Wishing thoughts and prayers to the members of the Good Will Fire Department on the passing of Past Chief Pat D'angelo. He may be gone but his legacy and wisdom will carry on.. Thank you chief, we'll take it from here! Past Chief D'angelo who's pictured here as the 2022 Grand Marshall for the Orange County Volunteer Firemen's Association (OCVFA) parade hosted by the Good Will Fire Department! Good morning all! Happy !
Just wanted to give a quick update.. please read post to its entirety!

I’ve been working hard to get things caught up in my office.. currently working on photos from the Greene County Volunteer Firemen's Association (130 or so photos to edit), Paradox MX Cnymra D3 Motocross weekend (300 or so photos to edit), and many more. Please understand I am a quality versus quantity type person, and I want to put the best photos/projects out there; so I appreciate your patience while I get everything edited.. for more photos, please check out CD Films and Photography. Photos will be posted there. Please like and follow so you don’t miss any updates or photos that have been updated.

Lastly, I wanted to give a shout out and thank you to the Boondocks Moto crew for hosting me again this past Sunday! Track changes were great, layout flows really well. Some tweaks and hiccups to learn from but awesome job by the staff! Looking forward to working with everyone in the near future. Thank you Chris Halse, Kristie Lee and family for the invite.. you guys rock!

We'd like to wish a special happy birthday to our friend Nick "The Tornado" Touzin. Nick crushed it this weekend in the A class at Paradox MX this past Sunday! Nick has come a long way since starting his motocross endeavors, he will certainly be one to keep your eye on in the future. We hope you have an awesome birthday Nick!

On the last Friday and Saturday of July, firefighters from Columbia County/Volunteer Firefighters Association and guests meet to hold official meetings and attend award ceremonies for members who achieved life accomplishments (years of service). On Saturday members of the association and guests also participate in a formal dress parade to be judged. Categories include, dress uniform, marching ladies/auxiliary and even their apparatus. In 2016, the Niverville Fire Department Inc. hosted the Columbia County Volunteer Firefighters Association convention and parade. The parade lined up at 1pm and stepped off at 2pm. The parade finished with an award ceremony closing out the festivities and final awards for the parade.

Happy July 4th everyone! So for this week's TBT post, we take things back to 2022. We attended two July 4th festitivities that day. In the morning we attended the Saugerties Fire Department July 4th parade (Photos previously posted) and later in the evening, we attended the of Windham's July 4th parade. The parade stepped off at 7pm marching through the village. Many village folk were out on the town seeing how this was the first July 4th celebration in the town since covid. Restaurants were open for dinner and many who were eating patio side could watch the parade as it went by. Also in the village square there was church that had a small stage set up where a local band was playing prior to the parade starting. Sounds of the song "Brickhouse" ~ by the Commodores was heard being played hyping up the crowds for the parade. Following the parade at dusk (around 9pm), first works were set off from the mountain resort.

The same festivities will take place this evening, parade starting at 7pm and fire works to follow around 9pm.
