👮‍♂️ Gloucester Township Police Chief David Harkins Retires

After more than 30 years of service, Chief David J. Harkins retired from the Gloucester Township Police Department on Nov. 1. 
He was honored at a ceremony on Oct. 29 with colleagues, community leaders, and family. 
During his career, he served in many roles from narcotics officer to SWAT, and led the department to full accreditation in 2023.
