The album has been certified platinum more than 14 times by the best-selling R&B album of the 21st century by a male artist. Many credit the success of it to its relatability. It beautiful showcase the explicit and vulnerable confessions of a man to his partner about an affair with another woman. Although everyone may not be able to relate to an affair, everyone has messed up in the past and knows about the need to confess wrongs to those we love and have harmed due to our selfish mistakes. Confession is good for the soul " is still true today. But the practice of confession is not just a trendy topics for the secular world in the 2000s; confessing our sins is a biblical mandate. In this lesson, we will learn that we all should practice confessions because confessing and repenting leads to restoration.
