While July CPI inflation is at 2.9%, inflation is much higher in many basic necessities:

1. Car Insurance Inflation: 18.6%
2. Transportation Inflation: 8.8%
3. Hospital Services Inflation: 6.1%
4. Homeowner Inflation: 5.3%
5. Rent Inflation: 5.1%
6. Electricity Inflation: 4.9%
7. Car Repair Inflation: 4.6%
8. Food Away From Home Inflation: 4.1%

Since January 2020, the US Dollar has lost 25% of its purchasing power.

Inflation has effectively been compounding for 3 consecutive years and prices are still rising.

Many basic necessities are now luxuries.
