The first day at the show was a success! Taylor was able to catch up with a Linehaul News partner TAT Nonprofit and a new vendor LubeZone from this year’s Linehaul Summit!
He spoke with the FMCSA more about the Montgomery law and how they are cracking down on illegal CDLs and non compliance.
He was even able to catch a meal with the team from The Hydrogen Group.

The Montgomery law will definitely shake up the frieght market! This case is the first of many that will cost brokers and shippers that use brokers. Regardless of the outcome after the appeal, this will continue to make brokers more proactive instead of reactive.
That, in turn, will cause more shippers to move their frieght around differently than they have in the past.
Buckle up contractors, growth could come very fast to the FedEx and Custom Critical Infrastructure!

A big nuclear verdict against C.H. Robinson needs new arguments after Montgomery.
