A powerful derecho is expected to race across parts of Texas and Oklahoma late tonight, impacting over 11 million people, including Dallas, Fort Worth, and Oklahoma City.

• 💨 80 to 100 MPH — Major tree, fence, and roof damage likely
• 💨 70 to 90 MPH in Red area
• 💨 50 to 70 MPH as far south as Waco and or to Shreveport
🧊 Hail up to 5 inches possible — yes, DVD-sized in the purple area.
