❤️🏡 THEY DID IT!! CLOSED & FUNDED IN FRISCO! 🏡❤️

Remember my sweet family of five from Southern California who came to Texas for a whirlwind vacation…and managed to find their new home along the way?!

Well, today they officially became FRISCO, TEXAS HOMEOWNERS! 🎉🔑🤠

This morning, they signed their closing documents with a mobile notary in Orange County. A few hours later, we got the message we’ve all been waiting for:

CLOSED & FUNDED!!! 🎉🎉🎉

And now they can officially say, “We’re going HOME to Texas!” ❤️

What a journey this has been!

We toured 10 homes in Frisco before finding THE ONE. Then, while I worked on their offer and negotiations, they continued their Texas adventure — including checking out UT Austin and Rice University with their oldest son, who’s off to college next year! 🎓❤️

House hunting for the family AND college hunting for their oldest…all in one Texas trip! 😂 Talk about making the most of a vacation!

Working with this family has been an absolute pleasure. And I’m so happy that in the end, they got the things that mattered most to them — the school attendance zone they wanted, a great neighborhood, and a fabulous home for their family. 🏡

Mom, Dad + three boys are officially Texas-bound, and I couldn’t be more excited for them!
