Discipline is not something you have.

It’s something you build.

I didn’t wake up one day disciplined.

I built it through:
✔️ 10-minute workouts when I didn’t feel like it
✔️ Showing up during chaos
✔️ Keeping promises to myself

Discipline is just identity repetition.

Every small win says:

THE ENERGY SHIFT NOBODY TALKS ABOUT

You don’t notice your low energy until you feel better.

I didn’t realize how tired I was until I changed my habits.

Now I know:
Energy is built, not found.

It comes from:
✔️ Fueling your body with intention
✔️ Moving your body
✔️ Drinking enough water
✔️ Getting sunlight + sleep

When those improve, everything improves.

This is why I focus more on ENERGY than weight.

Weight loss is a side effect of feeling better.
