Beyond his personal projects, he frequently collaborates with global brands and non-profit organizations, helping them to tell their stories with authenticity, emotion, and joy. In recent years, Brett’s work has focused on end-of-life storytelling. What began as a personal inquiry into mortality has evolved into a long-term, creative, and spiritual exploration. End of LIfe Conversations welcomes Jennie Banks to the podcast. For this episode we listen as Jennie speaks about her work as a creative director of Death Dancer based in Olympia, Washington. Death Dancer creates creative and sacred spaces, Jenny founded Death Dancer after a personal illness experience and being faced with her own mortality. She conducted interviews with death professionals, which inspired an art exhibit about death and grief at the Fall Olympia Arts Walk in October of 2024. Since then, Death Dancer has developed and hosted a wide range of events and workshops in the area and has grown beyond.

He's a retired psychology professor from Highline College in Des Moines, Washington, where he taught courses in death education such as su***de intervention, understanding AIDS, intro to psych and human relations. He is the co-author of eight books and more than 150 articles on grief related topics. Bob has given several hundred workshops on coping with grief during the past 30 years.

End of Life Conversations welcomes Bob Baugher Ph.D. He is a Professor of Psychology at Highline College in Des Moines, Washington where he teaches courses in Psychology and Death Education. From the Association for Death Education and Counseling, he has earned certification as a Fellow in Thanatology and as a trainer for LivingWorks he has trained more than 1,500 people in su***de intervention. He has given more than 800 workshops on the topic of grief & loss across the U.S., as well as Singapore, Philippines, England, South Africa, Canada, Namibia, and Australia. His Peabody/Vanderbilt University doctoral dissertation is entitled, "Perceptions of the Widow’s Bereavement Process by Her Adult Child". A professional advisor to both the widow's information and consultation service and the South King County Chapter of The Compassionate Friends, Dr. Baugher has been invited to speak at 20 of the TCF national conferences during the past 25 years.
