For a long time, I thought sobriety meant giving up the parts of life that made me feel alive—music, nightlife, concerts, the energy of the crowd. But when I started my journey through sobriety, I realized I didn’t need to walk away from those scenes—I just needed to show up differently.

Live Louder Sober was born out of that realization.

I created this group because I know how hard it can be to stay true to your recovery when the world around you doesn’t always understand it. I’ve been there—fighting silent battles in loud rooms, pretending to be okay while feeling alone in a crowd.

This is for anyone who still wants to dance, to laugh, to go out, and to feel alive—without numbing themselves to enjoy it.

This community is about support, real connection, and proving to ourselves and each other that we’re louder than our addictions. You don’t have to choose between healing and living fully. You can have both—and we’re going to show the world how.

WOW. Last Friday was truly such a magical night. Still feels so unreal that I get to do this for a job sometimes. Working with this massive group of humans is something I will cherish forever.

The hard work, dedication, and just genuineness from every single person is hard to put in words but these photos truly capture what everyone came together to create.
