Client currently confidential. Our pre-production began by taking the client’s vision into a detailed storyboard, mapping out each shot and then animating the frames through AI to see how they would cut together before shooting. During location scouting, we evaluated natural light paths and captured test shots to accurately find windows for ideal natural light, which was enhanced through our great G&E team. We rigged our RED Digital Cinema Gemini on our DJI Ronin 2 gimbal, along with Cooke Mini S4 lenses. With the client's input, we ensured that our plan aligned with their goals and resulted in two days of production that ran smoothly from the very first brainstorming session to wrap.

An NYU grad and former CAP intern, Joe is now CAP's go-to production coordinator. In the office, he handles scheduling and manages client logistics, keeping everything running smoothly through all his pre-production work. When he isn’t keeping the crew laughing on set, Joe’s creative side shines through in his love for screenwriting and music composition.

Today, we remember those who were lost in the 9/11 attacks. Being in NYC on the anniversary is a humbling experience as first responders remember those who were lost and continue to be lost through health impacts related to their service on 9/11 each year. We were blessed to attend these events in the past, capturing stories and moments that while heartbreaking, find a tone of hope for all of us in this country.

It was an incredible week returning to Kentucky for the National Conference of State Legislatures Annual Summit. With over 5,500 attendees, Colorado Arts has been working for over 1.5 years to produce all of the assets used during this event and to promote the event. With nearly our entire team on-site, we provided event producing, on-site editing, an interview station, daily social videos, and new footage for future promotions. We can’t wait for Boston next year!

Who are we?

Colorado Arts began with a vision to be the number 1 Video Production company in Colorado. After years of study at the Colorado Film School, we took the time to gather the right people, the most talented and passionate people we knew. Those who wanted nothing more than to use images to tell stories.

The stories we tell are meant to challenge, entice, intrigue, and promote the best things we can find. They come from all over, stories about true love and matrimony, stories about business’ growing and changing the world, and stories of individuals who are worthy of admiration. These people are who we represent, those with drive and passion to get what they want out of life, and will never settle for less.

We continue to grow as a team with each project. Sure, we’re perfectionists, but I promise you it’s worth every challenge.
