If you’re having a rough day, just remember this…
Somewhere out there, a crackhead woke up with zero resources, no plan, no transportation, and possibly no shoes — but still found a way to get high before noon.

Let that sink in.

They didn’t overthink it. They didn’t complain. They didn’t say, “I’m tired,” “I don’t feel like it,” or “I’m not ready yet.”
They just moved with that signature, unstoppable crackhead determination.

So, if a crackhead can rise and chase their goal with that level of commitment, what’s your excuse?
Don’t let a crackhead out-think you.
Don’t let a crackhead out-hustle you.
And for damn sure, don’t let a crackhead out-smart you.

Be relentless. Be focused.
Be like a crackhead — minus the crack.

Structure Isn’t Optional — It’s the Only Thing That Scales.

Momentum on Monday doesn’t come from motivation.
It comes from structure.

That applies to teams. It applies to messaging.
And it especially applies to media.

When your communication system is designed with intent —

Teams move faster

Messaging stays consistent

Buyers experience clarity at every touchpoint

That’s the layer we build at Telos. Media systems, not campaigns. Designed to move with the business — not lag behind it.

Media Isn’t an Output. It’s a System Layer.

The most effective organizations don’t produce content to stay visible.
They design communication systems that serve the business like any other operational layer.

In that context, media has structure.
It supports message consistency.
It reinforces positioning.
It scales trust across buyer journeys, internal teams, and market categories.

That’s where we work.
Not at the level of deliverables — at the level of function.

When media is built like infrastructure,
it doesn’t compete for attention.
It shapes perception.

🚨 POST: “You’re Not a Man if You’re Letting Other Men Die in Silence.”

Every f***ing year, Men’s Mental Health Month comes and goes.
And every year, most of you sit there like it doesn’t matter.
But let someone die—let a man kill himself—
And suddenly you're posting RIPs and “check on your strong friends.”

Where was that energy before the funeral?
Where was that attention when he was drowning behind a fake smile?

I’ve got friends I know are f***ed up inside.
They won’t say a word.
They won’t admit it.
But they’ll drink. They’ll party. They’ll fight.
They’ll do anything to avoid feeling.

And what do most of you do?
You laugh it off. You call it being a man. You call it tough.
That’s not strength. That’s coward s*.**

If you’re the kind of guy who tells men to “man up” instead of speak up—
You are the problem.
You are the reason we bury sons, fathers, brothers.
You make silence look normal.

And if that makes you uncomfortable?
Good.
Be uncomfortable.
Sit in it.
Because this is real.

You’re not a man because you hold it all in.
You’re a man when you own your pain.
You’re a man when you talk about it.
You’re a man when you stop pretending and start healing.

And if you’re still too weak to hear that?
Get the f*** off my page.
Unfollow me. Block me.
I don’t care.

But don’t you dare show up fake crying when one of your boys kills himself.
Don’t post quotes. Don’t send prayers.
You didn’t show up when it counted.

You want to be a real man?
Then start acting like one.
Help your brothers.
Talk about your pain.
Stop this bulls*** cycle of fake strength and silent graves.

Or don’t.
But remember—what you ignore will show up at your doorstep one day.
And when it does, no one’s going to listen to you either.

06/15/2025

Dads.

That word holds weight.
Not just a title. Not just DNA.
A blueprint. A foundation. A lifeline.

You shape lives before they even know who they are.
You give structure, protection, logic, love—even when no one’s watching.
You teach by showing up. By trying. By staying.
And don’t let this world confuse you—your presence matters more than anyone will ever say out loud.

An absent dad leaves holes that take decades to patch.
A present dad? He builds worlds.

Being a father has nothing to do with your romantic relationships.
Not whether you stayed with the mother.
Not whether she hurt you.
Not whether you hurt her.

Being a dad is its own mission.
It’s sacred. It’s separate.
It’s yours.

And that bond you have with your kids—whether they’re 3 or 30—
Is deeper than anything else you’ll ever have.
Deeper than your relationship with your parents.
Deeper than friendships.
Because you are their father.
And that role doesn’t break—it builds.

You don’t have to be perfect.
You don’t have to be rich.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.

Just be there.
And keep being there.

Because this world will lie to you.
It’ll make you feel like you’re disposable. Like you don’t matter.
Like you’re just an option.

But to your children—you are the standard.
You’re not just a man.
You’re their man.
Their protector. Their calm. Their compass.

So today, hear this loud:
You are needed. You are irreplaceable. You matter.

If you’re struggling? That doesn’t make you less of a dad.
If you’ve failed before? That doesn’t erase the love.
If you're rebuilding? That doesn’t mean you’re too late.

The fact that you’re still trying means more than words ever will.

You want to know what holds this world up?
Men who stay. Fathers who fight. Dads who never give up—especially on themselves.

Don’t let the noise fool you.
You’re not in the way.
You’re the way.

Happy Father's Day, King.
You're not just part of the story.
You are the story.

You Don’t Have to Be a Father to Be a Foundation

You might not be a dad.
Or maybe you are.
Maybe you lost your kids, or never had any.
Maybe Father’s Day hits hard.
Or maybe it doesn’t hit at all.

But let’s be clear—you don’t need a holiday to validate your worth.

Because every day, you hold s**t together that nobody claps for.
You keep people safe.
You show up when it’s inconvenient.
You’ve carried more than most could imagine—silently, consistently.

So let’s call it like it is:
You don’t have to be a father to be a foundation.

That means something.
You mean something.

You’ve made decisions to protect your peace.
You’ve walked away from what no longer served you.
You’ve sat in the dark and still reached for the light.
You’ve grown. You’ve fought. You’ve changed.
That’s work. That’s transformation.
And no man should let that go unnoticed.

So before the world starts handing out neckties and barbecue sets—
Take a second and recognize yourself.
This weekend isn’t just about who raised us.
It’s about who we’ve become.

Keep building. You are the foundation.

You Weren’t Just Built to Endure—You Were Built to Create.”

Most men don’t realize this, but you weren’t born just to carry weight.
You were built to build.
To make.
To shape the world around you—not just react to it.

You carry instinct. Vision. Precision.
You solve problems that never get talked about.
You hold people together even when you feel like you’re falling apart.

That’s not just toughness.
That’s creation.

Every time you show up, every time you give a damn, every time you decide,
“I’m going to figure this out,”
you’re creating.

A better day.
A better version of you.
A better space for the people around you.

You don’t need to be rich.
You don’t need to be loud.
You just need to remember—you have the ability to bring something into the world that didn’t exist before you touched it.

That’s power.
That’s purpose.
And that’s already in you.

Today, don’t ask “what do I need to fix?”
Ask:
“What do I want to build?”

Even if it’s just peace.
That still counts.

Tuesday Doesn’t Need to Be a War.

Not every day needs to be a comeback story.
Some days—like today—are just a quiet reminder:
You’re doing better than you think.

If today feels peaceful, let it.
If it feels slow, lean into it.
If it feels still, good—that means you’re not rushing through your own life.

There’s nothing weak about a calm day.
There’s nothing lazy about choosing rest over pressure.
There’s nothing broken about feeling okay.

You don’t always have to rebuild.
Sometimes you just need to breathe.

So check in with yourself—genuinely.
Not to judge. Not to “push through.”
Just to say: “Where am I right now, and can I give myself some credit for being here?”

This is still Men’s Mental Health Month.
And mental health isn’t just about survival—it’s about learning to enjoy the moments that don’t hurt.

You’ve earned a day like this.
Let it be enough.
