Full transparency, I don't wear the brace half the amount of time I'm supposed to & I need to do better. 😬 With that being said, my ~10° of spine correction was accomplished mostly with in-office physical therapy ("ScoliBalance"), spinal traction, spinal decompression & adjustments 2x/week as well as "at home" exercises & home-traction daily. We literally changed the shape of my spine in 1 year! 🤯 The hard truth is that 32° is probably all that my spine is capable of, due to deformed discs, twisting, bone spurs, etc, and I'm ok with that! 10 degrees of improvement is massive!

This treatment has immensely improved my life & I am beyond grateful for my doctors & for Mike... the man who would do anything to help & support me 💕🥹
