Highly recommend this trail if you’re looking for an easy hike close to Denver.

📍 Mestaa’ėhehe (mess-taw-HAY) Mountain Fire Lookout
🥾 4.1 miles out & back
📈 869 ft elevation gain
⏱️ roughly 2–2.5 hours

Trail is wide and well-graded the whole way up. On a clear day, you’ll get views of the entire front range including Longs Peak, Pikes Peak, Mount Blue Sky, and Denver.
