😊➡️ Already more then 20 years, I eat home made food. I cook home 95% of my time => hobby & passion 🌶🥯🥕👨‍🍳🍉🍆🍨🍒🍷🧊🍪
Eating out maybeis not the best idea: Restaurant products, like cooking oils, origin of vegetables, meat, sauces, bread...and so on, We don't know where they are coming from exactly. Are they sustainable and good quality? Almost 91% of statistics from a low range prices meals $20-$25 => even up to a medium range $40-$60 per meal do not guarantee anything. Study confirms that most of them do not use ECO farmer products, free range meats, or organic grown-up vegetables 🤔. Concerning cooking oils - most of them use average quality and ingredients. Fine dining and Michelin Star restaurants are something else, but (quite expensive for me).
My personal advice is - please if you cook home at least cook only with one of those below:
➡️ Extra Virgin Olive 🫒,
Organic 🧈 butter
Coconut 🥥 oil
Goose 🪿 fat
This will help our body to break down fatty components as much as possible, because temperature of natural cooking oils to decompose in our bodies is 104°F which is quite close to the human body temperature of 97.7°F
AVOID Cooking oils like - Rapeseed, Sunflower, Canola, Soybean, Corn. They decompose at 207.3°F most of them. That means => Many things stay IN our bodies.
➡️ Try to STOP Supermarkets bread as well => BAKE IT at home.

High protein smoothies for week

Monday:

1 green apple, 1 banana, handful of spinach, 1 cucumber, 1 tbsp of chia seeds.

Tuesday:

1 tbsp of oats, 2 dates, 1 tbsp of cinnamon, 1 banana or a similar amount of oats.

Wednesday:

1 cup strawberry, 1 cup strawberry, 200 ml almond milk, 1 tbsp of honey, 1 banana.

Thursday:

1 orange, 1 avocado, 1 cup orange juice, 1 tbsp of honey, and carrots.

Friday:

1 beetroot, 1 cup mixed berries, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 banana, 1 cup milk.

Saturday:

1 cup beetroot, 1 tablespoon chia seed, 2 cups almond milk, 2 cups almond milk (the ingredient is listed twice).

These smoothies are part of a "smoothie diet nutrition" plan. Smoothies can be a convenient way to increase your intake of fruits, vegetables, and fiber//.
