Dinner with my parents-in-law at Di Cicco's Italian Restaurant 🤍
I loved the cozy interior—and that big screen playing a concert by Andrea Bocelli made it feel even more special 🎶

I still remember trying their Spaghetti Venezia that night… and how it instantly became one of my inspirations for my kitchen experiments 🍝
This was right when I had just arrived in Denver, not used to the cold at all—I was freezing… and it was September🥶😆

Looking back at these photos now, I’m just grateful for how much I’ve adjusted since then. 🩷
